The Hammer Strength by Life Fitness multi-gym Select Fly Rear Delt convinces by versatility and stability. Due to the height adjustable sitting upholstery, the machine can be ideally adjusted to any height. The adjustable motion arms provide the respective variety of exercises. The regular butterfly exercise trains the whole chest muscles and hence the front part of the upper body. Change the sitting position by 180 degree (with face to the module) and press the upper body against the upholstery - so you can excellently train the shoulder and back muscles with the reverse butterfly.The provided weight block can generate a training resistance of up to 138 kg, so that really every training intensity can be performed.
