Das Postermaterial ist robust und somit gut auch für häufiges zusammenrollen geeignet. Die abgebildeten Übungen sind für Fortgeschrittene nichts neues, aber es ist trotzdem immer wieder gut, auf die korrekte Ausführung der Übungen zu achten - hierfür ist das Poster ideal. Hallo Zusammen, das Kurzhantel Übungsposter ist super. 18 verschiedene effektive Übungen sind toll. Man braucht nur die Kurzhanteln und evtl. eine Gym-Matte., keine weitere Geräte notwendig.
