The 120 kg barbell set is the perfect basic weight training equipment for your home. At the same time, the barbell bar, weights and collars are commercial quality like it can be found in gyms. An assorted selection of weight plates allows for a great number of weight settings. Ideal, for example, for plyometric exercises, a number of users or varying training goals (e.g. strength endurance, muslce building, or maximum strength).
