The Finnlo rowing machine Aquon Evolution gives a realistic rowing experience with a resistance of up to 350 Watt. The ball-bearing seat on a 135 cm aluminium rail offers good training ergonomics. The small foot rest space of just 9 cm relieves the joints and contributes to a good rowing experience. The LCD display is very good to read and shows clearly all required training data. Four programmes support you and allow a safe cardiovascular training. A warning tone, which sounds when you achieve the upper pulse limit, and the automated correction of the resistance protect from an overload of the organism.
