The revvll PRO rope resistance trainer is also just called rope trainer. You pull on a rope, which is broken by a eddy current brake - thus generating the resistance. At first, it sounds like advanced tug of war, though, in fact, it is an absolutely incomparable workout. Cardio, strength, and cardio-strength are evenly trained.
