Hatte zu beginn etwas Angst die Station selbst zusammen zubauen, vor allem vor dem Seilzug. Sehr stabil bei jeder Übung, es sind verschiedene Griffe dabei, sodass man wirklich gezielt und abwechslungsreich die Bauch- und Rückenmuskulatur trainieren kann. Bequemer und verstellbarer Sitz, so kann meine Frau auch gleich mittrainieren.
