Über Sinn und Unsinn von L-Carnitin muss sich jeder selbst informieren. Schade finde ich, dass Gelatine-Kapseln verwendet werden, was das Supplement als Ausgleich zu einer veganen/vegetarischen Ernährung wenig sinnvoll macht.
