The Hoist Super F.I.D. is a professional weight bench offering a varied use - ambitious strength training sportsmen can accomplish either flat, incline or decline bench exercises thanks to the seven times adjustment of the backrest (from -15° to 80°). Thereby, the seat position can be precisely adjusted to the user size. While the head and backrest is offering an exact form for dumbbell and barbell exercises, the leg padding guarantees an optimal training support. The robustness of the weight bench Hoist Super F.I.D. is worth mentioning as well as the comfortable mobility of the weight bench of Hoist - this is ensured by transport grip and rollers.
