The crosstrainer Kettler XTR1 is a training partner, that convinces above all by high quality and modern design. In contrast to the Kettler CTR3, the Kettler crosstrainer XTR1 originates in the high quality Kettler EDITION. This durable unit series offers a new definition of home fitness. The Kettler EDITION stands for highest mechanical quality standards and fulfils strictest class-9 requirements of the norm EN-957. Thereby, the Kettler crosstrainer XTR1 is also excellent for therapeutical use in small medical practices or at schools.

The induction brake system of the Kettler crosstrainer XTR1 regulates intensity resistance independently of speed and is characterized by an almost continuous intensity measuring. The pedalling resistance can be freely adjusted in 5-watt-increments from 25-400 watt on the Kettler crosstrainer XTR1. The stride length of 40cm provides a very comfortable motion.

The training pc of the Kettler crosstrainer XTR1 offers a motivating workout with 8 programs including pulse controlled workout, intensity chart, pulse zone presettings for fat burning and fitness zone as well as pc interface. The heart rate can be measured by hand pulse sensors, earclip (included in delivery) or a chest strap (accessory) on the XTR1. After workout, the Kettler crosstrainer XTR 1 can be easily moved by means of transport wheels.
